Each corset from Alexa Sievwright is handcrafted in Los Angeles using premium materials and produced in limited quantities. Because of the handmade nature of our garments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including sizing, fit, change of mind, or personal preference.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you believe your item has a defect or arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@alexasievwright.com

Clear photographs of the item

If we determine that your item has a verifiable manufacturing defect, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you via email. The item must be securely packaged for return shipment to prevent additional damage during transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged appropriately. Once the original item has been received, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion.

Damage resulting from normal wear, improper care, alterations, accidental damage, or misuse is not considered a construction defect.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds for verified manufacturing defects will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item has been received.
